By requesting or booking a service with All Season Property (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client”) agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide residential & Commercial Snow Removal and Salting and Lawn Care services as described on our website and booking page. Specific service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed at the time of quote or booking.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Services may be booked online through our booking page, by phone, or by email. Seasonal snow removal contracts and per-visit services are scheduled based on weather conditions and service demand. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled service windows and any delays.
3. Weather-Dependent Service
Snow removal and salting services depend on weather conditions. Service timing may shift based on snowfall timing, accumulation, and safe operating conditions. We prioritize safety for our team and your property, which may occasionally affect service windows during severe weather.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided upfront at the time of quote or booking, with no hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing. Seasonal contract payment terms will be outlined separately in your service agreement.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us with reasonable advance notice. Specific notice requirements and any applicable fees are outlined in your service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property and for clearing valuables, vehicles, or obstacles from service areas (e.g., driveways, walkways, lawns) prior to scheduled service.
7. Liability
While we take care to perform all work safely and professionally, All Season Property is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, or damage resulting from conditions outside our reasonable control. Clients should report any service concerns within 48 hours of completed work.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update our service offerings, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
